All sales on ONCH LLC are final sale. Address updates, cancellations, exchanges, and returns are not supported.

Cancellation Policy

ONCH LLC does not accept cancellations for orders that have been successfully processed as all sales are final.

Damages and issues

Reports of damages will be closely reviewed by our advocates in order to support the return of a damaged product. Reported damages that do not meet our damaged requirements will be declined.

Reports of damaged products should be submitted within 5 days from the date of delivery. Damaged orders reported after 5 days from the date of delivery will not be supported.
